Dhaniya Pudina Chicken Tikka Recipe
Try this green marinated Dhaniya Pudina chicken and we are sure you will make it again and again.
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Chaat Masala Powder , as required
Cooking oil , as required
For the marination
5 sprig Coriander leaves (Dhania)
3 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina)
2 tablespoons Hung Yogurt (Greek/ Thick Curd)
2 Green Chillies
1/2 teaspoon Ginger , grated
4 cloves Garlic
Salt , as required
2.Next, we will make the marination masala. Take a mixer grinder and add all the ingredients given under 'For the marination' including coriander leaves, mint leaves, hung yogurt, green chillies, ginger, garlic and salt. Grind it to a smooth paste.
3.Add this marination in the chicken and mix it properly. Keep it aside for about half an hour.
4.Now heat some oil in a grill pan and keep these marinated chicken pieces on the pan. Cook the chicken properly from all the sides. You will see a brown layer forming on the top of the chicken and the chicken will become soft. Once it is grilled, take it out in a bowl.
5.Add chaat masala and lemon juice and mix it properly. Serve hot. Serve Dhaniya Pudina Chicken Tikka along with some sliced onions and any curd based chutney. You can also serve it as an appetiser or side dish before your delicious meal of Andhra Style Chicken Curry and Garlic Naan.
