Tangy Pepper Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ginger-2 tsp
Garlic-2 tsp
Pepper powder - 2tbsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Garam Masala powder-1 tsp
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Lemon Juice -2 tbsp
Salt-to taste
Curd -1 cup
Oil -2 tbsp
Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces.
Saute the chicken until it turns a little golden brown in colour.
Now add the ginger and garlic. Saute these ingredients with the chicken on a low flame.
Add in turmeric,cumin,coriander, pepper powder, garam masala and red chili.
Saute on medium heat until you see the oil separating from the sides of the pan.
Now add the lemon juice to the pan and give it a good stir. Beat the curd in a bowl.
Take the pan off the heat and mix the curd into the chicken.
Bring it back on the low heat and continue to stir the whole mixture until it comes to a boil.
Allow it to cook for sometime and then garnish with chopped coriander.
