Kadai Chicken
Ingredients
1 kg - Chicken5 - Onions
3 - Tomato
10 - Green chilli
1 piece - Ginger
1 bulb - Garlic
1 tsp - Coriander powder
1 tsp - Chilli powder
1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
1 dessert spoon - Oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
How to Make Kadai Chicken
Heat oil in a kadai.Add chopped onions, green chilly and saute until golden brown.
Add ginger, garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and saute well.
Add tomatoes and saute until they are half done and gravy thickens.
Add chicken pieces, a little water and mix well.
Cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
