Chicken Pasta Recipe

Pasta is a popular Italian dish. The Italian pasta has become so famous worldwide that several cuisines have adapted this exquisite dish in their own methods. You can prepare pasta dishes using any type of pasta. However, you should prefer wheat pasta as they are rich in soluble fiber and are also low in fats. 

Chicken pasta is a special Italian style recipe that is made with little sauce. The juicy chicken pieces when blended with boiled pasta and Italian spices turn out to be a lip smacking dish. Want to try this Italian pasta? Check out the recipe:

Ingredients 

Chicken breasts- 1 cup (diced) 

Penne pasta- 250 grams (boiled)

 Garlic- 6-7 pods (crushed) 

Parmesan cheese- ¼cup

 Cream- ½cup

 Cornflour- 1tbsp 

Milk- 3-44tbsp 

Pepper- 1tsp 

Red chilli flakes- 1tsp

 Butter- 2tbsp 

Parsley- 1tbsp (chopped) 


Procedure

 Melt butter in a frying pan. Add the crushed garlic and diced chicken.

 Close the pan with a lid and let the chicken pieces cook for around 15 minutes on a medium flame.

 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix cornflour with enough milk to make a thick paste.

 After cooking the chicken pieces, add the cream and cornflour paste.

 Mix well and stir well till it thickens into a sauce. If the paste is very thick, add little milk to get the desired consistency after boiling.

 Now, add Parmesan cheese and stir well. Cook on low flame till it melts. 

Add the parsley and cooked pasta into the pan.

 Mix all the ingredients well till the pasta pieces are coated with cheese and other spices. 

Chicken pasta is ready to eat. Garnish with red chilli flakes. Serve it hot.
